About Me

I have spent my career helping people transform their lives and communities in positive ways. I've also successfully navigated big changes myself - both personal and professional. Some were voluntary and some unexpected. I know, first-hand, the power of having a dedicated, impartial, and curious thinking partner who can help you look at your situation from different perspectives, explore new possibilities, get clear on what is truly important to you, and identify barriers that might get in the way of moving forward.

My clients come from varied backgrounds and many professional sectors including small to medium-sized business, finance, communications, marketing, human resources, engineering, healthcare, non-profit program, volunteer management, and more. They all share a desire to navigate changes - whether they are voluntary and expected or they have come as a total surprise - with far less stress and more ease.

I bring my full spectrum of professional experience, life experience, and education to my coaching. I have an undergraduate degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. I also earned my initial professional coaching credential from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Certified Professional Coach Program (UWCPC) and my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). And I am constantly learning and exploring different approaches and perspectives that can help my clients live into their best visions for themselves, their lives, and their communities.

When I'm not coaching, you can find me on our small farm outside Sun Prairie, WI, growing food and raising animals in ways that are good for animals, land, and humans.

In my down time, you'll find me traveling, exploring new places both near and far, hiking, paddling, running, swinging in a hammock reading a good book, or sitting quietly on a rock just enjoying the view.
